By accessing or using the website at beaumontsunroomcontractor.com (the "Site"), operated by Beaumont Sunrooms & Patios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to all visitors and anyone who submits a contact or estimate request through the Site. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Beaumont Sunrooms & Patios is a licensed sunroom contractor serving Beaumont, TX and surrounding Southeast Texas communities. Our services include sunroom additions, patio enclosures, four season and three season sunrooms, screen room installation, patio-to-sunroom conversions, deck-to-sunroom conversions, and related outdoor living improvements.
The Site is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding contract or offer of services. All service agreements must be confirmed in a separate written contract signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates provided by Beaumont Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices.
Final project costs may differ from the original estimate if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during construction - such as a deteriorated foundation, inadequate electrical capacity, or structural issues that were not visible during the initial assessment. Any changes to the scope of work will be documented in a written change order, which must be approved by both parties before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and deposit are received. We will provide a written project schedule before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust the schedule due to weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you of any significant schedule changes as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposit refunds or forfeiture, will be specified in your project contract. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for costs already incurred.
Payment terms will be specified in your written project contract. Typical terms require a deposit at contract signing, a progress payment at a defined milestone during construction, and a final payment upon satisfactory project completion. Specific amounts and due dates will be stated in the contract.
Payments not received by the due date may result in a suspension of work until payment is received. We accept payment methods as specified in your project contract. Any disputes regarding invoiced amounts must be raised in writing within 5 business days of receiving the invoice.
Beaumont Sunrooms & Patios obtains all required building permits for projects we undertake in jurisdictions where permits are required. Permit fees may be included in the project price or itemized separately, as specified in your contract. We coordinate with the relevant local building authority and schedule all required inspections. The customer agrees to allow reasonable access to the property for permit inspections.
Any workmanship warranty provided by Beaumont Sunrooms & Patios will be stated in your written project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and components (windows, roofing panels, door hardware, etc.) are passed through to the customer and are subject to the terms of each manufacturer.
The Site itself and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular increase in home value or specific energy savings as a result of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beaumont Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the services we provide. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the services we provide shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or property damage caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and page design - is the property of Beaumont Sunrooms & Patios or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and informally. If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first at team@beaumontsunroomcontractor.com or (409) 240-0365. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue promptly.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes arising from these terms or from services we provide shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction if necessary to prevent irreparable harm. The arbitration shall be conducted in Beaumont, TX.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration under Section 10 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
